For years it was held in Phelps – and this year it’s in Hornell. Talking abou the annual Mustang Rally, which began this morning in Hornell around 10am, when a lot of Mustangs went from Hornell to Watkins Glen and back. the Mustang Rally continues tomorrow in Hornell at Veterans Memorial Park at James Street, with shows from 9am to 3pm Saturday.
