Three Bolivar Residents, Facing Drug Charges In Monroe Co

On 08/13/21, Monroe County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to Walmart (1200 Marketplace Dr, Henrietta) for the report of three suspects in custody for shoplifting. The suspects were identified as Robert Saunders, 38, Boliver, NY Ronald Denning Jr, 55, Boliver, NY and Tabitha Main, 30, Boliver, NY. While searching the suspects in relation to a petit larceny arrest, Saunders was found to be in possession of 115 decks of Fentanyl and Denning was found to be in possession of 22 decks of Fentanyl. (One local law enforcement officer tells Wlea News, that a “deck” is a package of 10).

Saunders was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court on Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Class-B Felony) charges and released ROR. Denning was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class-A Misdemeanor) and released on an appearance ticket. All three, including Ms. Main, were also arrested for Petit Larceny and issued appearance tickets for shoplifting from Walmart.
