Three Rockwell Avenue, Hornell Residents, Facing Charges

HORNELL, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department reports that Jametrius Jordan, 19 of Hornell, is said to have gotten into a fight at the Steuben County Jail. Jordan is charged with 2nd degree assault. Jordan is in jail, after being charged with being involved with the Rockwell Avenue break-in case in September of this year.

Unrelated to the incident mentioned above, Hornell Police recently charged Patricia Greene, 37, and James Jordan, 49, both of Rockwell Avenue, for being involved with the Rockwell Avenue break in back in September. Patricia Greene is accused of two counts of 1st degree burglary, one count of 1st degree robbery and one count of 1st degree criminal use of a firearm, two counts of 1st degree reckless endangerment, one count of grand larceny in the 3rd degree and a count of 2nd and 3rd degree criminal mischief and tampering with physical evidence. James Jordan is charged with 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon and falsifying business records.

Tese charges all revolve around the same incident in September on Rockwell Avenue, from September.
