Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December 3, 2021, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kasandra R. Oles, age 34, of Savona Campbell Road, Campbell, New York, Brian J. Hojnoski, age 53, of State Route 415, Bath New York and Leonard E. Storms, age 52 of Armstrong Road, Prattsburgh, New York.
Deputies responded to a residence on the Savona Campbell Road due to a report of a domestic incident.
Deputies stopped a vehicle which allegedly left that residence a short time later on Manning Road in the Village of Savona. Deputies recovered from that vehicle an amount of a suspected controlled substance, glass smoking devices and suspected packaging materials.
It is alleged that Ms. Oles, Mr. Hojnoski and Mr. Storms possessed a controlled substance. Ms. Oles, Mr. Hojnoski and Mr. Storms were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and released on appearance tickets.
