ANDOVER, NY – State Police are reporting that Donna Hahn, 52, of 3860 Swain Hill Road fatally shot Duane A. Hurlburt, 44, also of 3860 Swain Hill Road, following an apparent property dispute within the residence.
According to State Police, Hurlburt’s body was afterwards taken to Monroe County Medical Examiner Office for an autopsy.
Hahn is facing charges of Murder 2nd and Manslaughter 1st, and is in Allegany County Jail without bail.
Allegany County District Attorney Keith Slep, Allegany County Coroner Maynard Baker and Andover EMS and Medic 700 assisted with this investigation.
