A 19 year old Rochester male was arraigned and released A 21 year old Rochester male was arraigned and released. The other three, two 18 year olds from the Syracuse area and a Bronx teenage male, have been charged and released. Troopers reported on Friday night that after the incident, which was said to have happened at a dorm at Corning Commuity College, an 18 year old female victim was taken to Guthrie. An 18 year old male who was reportedly also hurt, was said to have refused medical treatment.
