ALBANY, NY – Assemblywoman Majorie Byrnes, along with numerous other state lawmakers, questioned New York State Health Commissioner Dr. Howard Zucker. Most of the assemblywoman’s questions were not about the nursing home deaths (she made a brief statement on that issue) but instead, Byrnes focused on health care in Rochester, and health care workers right to protest.
