HORNELL, NY – At the Hornell Lincoln Day Dinner 2017, Hornell GOP leader, 9th ward alderman John Buckley, announced in front of his wife and children, at the Hornell Lincoln Day Dinner, that he is running for mayor of Hornell for the November elections.
