STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that 41 year old Scott Vanhoven of West Union is accused of subjecting a 14 year old male to sexual contact by forcible compulsion. Vanhoven in Steuben County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
