WOODHULL, NY – WLEA News has spoken with a top source in Woodhull about the Friday flash flooding and how it affected Woodhull, the Steuben County town that, as we all know, was hit the hardest by on August 18 with flooding. “We were lucky,” was what our source told us. “The water was up to the top of a bridge there but did not go over the bridge.”
