WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY – Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss is the GOP’s lt. gov. candidate, that’s according to Time Warner Cable News.
Assemblyman Bill Nojay tells WLEA News that Moss is a “great choice” and a “legend” in upstate NY, for fighting the Safe Act.
