State Police report that a 16 year old boy who lives at the Snell Farm Children’s Center is accused of hitting a state trooper while resisting arrest. Officials say that the 16 year old male resisted arrest and that he struck a trooper with his fist in the head, the trooper was not injured.
The 16 year old is charged with 3rd degree criminal mischief, 2nd degree assault and resisting arrest.
