UTICA, NY – U.S. District Court Judge David Hurd has extended the hold on state vaccine mandate until October 12. Judge Hurd also cancelled a scheduled in-person hearing that had been set for Tuesday, September 28, and instead, Hurd is going to accept written arguments.
