HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Intermediate School has gotten the bids for renovation of the swimming pool and the good news is the bids came in at between $800,000 and one million dollars under the budget.
School officials say that the remaining funds will be used to go towards other projects in the district.
In other school news, the property at 5 State Street in Hornell, has been donated to the district at no cost to the taxpayers.
