HORNELL, NY – Hornell has a new 6th ward alderwoman. Her name is Lita Brown. Brown was sworn in last night by Judge David Coddington.
Lita Brown is a Republican, who is taking over for Jessica Cleveland. Cleveland has been deputy mayor, but as the deputy mayor position is now a full time job, Cleveland will be at Hornell city hall doing that work, 40 hours a week now.
