HORNELL, NY – This morning at 10am at the Public Works Meeting, Mayor John Buckley named – and the Public works board approved unanimously, Ashley Brown, as the new deputy public works commissioner. Buckley praised Brown, saying that Brown comes from a long line of construction workers who know this kind of work inside-out.
