HORNELL, NY – St. James Hospital officials have announced that they are taking security measures and locking some of the outside doors. There are several exceptions:
The main lobby is open from 6am to 8pm.
The Canisteo Street entrances are open from 6:45am to 5pm.
Also, the emergency room doors are open all the time.
